1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Arctic Kool Solutions website and any aircon supply, installation, or servicing booked through it, via WhatsApp, or by phone. By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

Arctic Kool Solutions provides air conditioning supply, installation, and servicing across the Klang Valley, including Shah Alam, Kuala Lumpur, and Klang. Exact scope of work, pricing, and timelines are confirmed following a site assessment or quote request, and may vary based on unit type, site conditions, and access requirements.

3. Quotes & Pricing

Prices shown on our website are starting-from estimates and are not final until confirmed in writing following a site visit or detailed quote request. Final pricing may vary based on unit specification, piping distance, site access, and materials required. We will confirm final pricing with you before work begins.

4. Booking & Scheduling

Bookings are confirmed once a date and time have been agreed via WhatsApp, phone, or our contact form. We aim to honour scheduled appointments but reserve the right to reschedule in cases of technician unavailability, weather, or circumstances beyond our control — we will notify you as early as possible if this occurs.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or where our technician arrives and is unable to access the site or proceed with the job, may be subject to a call-out or no-show fee. 6. Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking or quote. Depending on the job, we may require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion. Accepted payment methods will be communicated directly.

7. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure work can be carried out safely and efficiently, you agree to:

• Provide reasonable access to the installation or service area
• Ensure the site is safe for our technicians to work in
• Disclose any known issues with existing wiring, structure, or prior aircon work that may affect the job
• Be present, or have an authorised person present, during the appointment where required

8. Warranty

Workmanship and product warranty terms are set out separately in our Refund & Warranty Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we take care to carry out all work to a professional standard, Arctic Kool Solutions is not liable for pre-existing site conditions, damage arising from concealed defects not reasonably identifiable prior to work, or issues caused by third-party modifications made after our work is completed.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
