How long does an installation take?

A standard single wall-mounted unit typically takes 3–5 hours, depending on piping distance and site access. Cassette and ducted systems take longer and are scoped during the site survey.

Do I need to buy the unit separately?

You can supply your own unit, or we can source one for you — see our Aircon Supply page. Many customers bundle both for a single coordinated visit and a discount.

What's covered under the installation warranty?

Our workmanship warranty covers piping joints, refrigerant leaks caused by installation, drainage faults, and mounting issues — separate from the manufacturer's warranty on the unit itself. Full terms are in our Refund & Warranty Policy.

Do you handle high floors or difficult access?

Yes, though it may affect timing and pricing. Let us know your floor level and access situation when booking so we can prepare the right equipment.

Can you remove and dispose of my old unit?

Yes — mention this when booking and we'll include removal and disposal of your old unit as part of the visit.

Is the piping and wiring cost included in the price?

Standard runs up to 3 meters are included in the starting-from price. Longer runs or additional materials are confirmed and quoted during the site survey, before any work begins.
