A Basic Service usually takes 30–45 minutes per unit. Full Chemical Service takes closer to 60–90 minutes per unit, since the coil is dismantled for a deeper clean.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Yes, someone needs to be present to grant access to the units and sign off once the job is done. Our technician will confirm a time window in advance by WhatsApp.
What's the difference between Basic and Full Chemical service?
Basic Service covers a routine clean and check good for units serviced regularly. Full Chemical Service dismantles the coil for a deeper wash and includes a 1-month warranty, recommended if it's been 6+ months or you're noticing weak airflow.
How often should I service my aircon?
